My journey started when I became a single mum of 2 (6month old and 5yrs) I struggled with waking feeling burnout from sleep deprivation and completely filled with dread at the thought of facing the day. I was overwhelmed, lacked boundaries and consistently self sacrificed to please others.
I had the tools to change this as a holistic therapist for others and made the empowering decision to start implementing the knowledge I knew to pull myself out! Becoming more disciplined and organised with an action plan! In this I created the 7 Simple Steps to Feeling Blissed Out, the process that healed the wounds that surfaced from my situation and I turned my life around entirely.
