Join Juanita in sacred circle where women hold space for each other and offer non-judgmental support. Learn simple and easy stress relief techniques that can be slotted into a busy day amongst the chaos and embrace the purpose of these circles; to receive healings in a community of like minded women.

Experience a mix between an authentic tribal setting outside around a fire on Samoan fala's (traditional weaved mats), or a beautiful serene setting of In Balance Wellness, a yoga studio in Caringbah. Be guided by Juanita (3rd generation healer lineage stemming from Samoa) with deep connection to the earth and spirit.

focuses on 32 points on the head that correlate to particular areas of life to release subconscious habits, emotional triggers, negative thought patterns and limiting belief systems
13th Rite Womb Healing
passed from women to women originated from the Munay-Ki Tribe from Peru. This healing is a powerful blessings to pregnant women and also offers healing to non-pregnant women around menstrual cycles, the reproductive system, womb trauma, miscarriage and sexual trauma to let go of fear and pain carried in the womb to create space for creativity, creation and love.
